First – clear off all the cool black rocks and stack them up to make a retaining wall

Get a guy with a big machine to cut a hole in the mountain and make a driveway

Had to stair step the footings over a rock shelf that we found in

                                                                                        the basement

Frame in the front and cut the stairs

Second floor posts, beams, rafters, roof.

and inside framing.
